COVID 19 communication
The coronavirus pandemic is escalating in our country. To counter it, and fully fulfill our role as a responsible citizen, we are taking, within DIFRA, additional measures to limit travel and contacts between people to the strict minimum.
Therefore, from this Wednesday, March 18 and until April 19 inclusive, we postpone non-priority and non-urgent sales and after-sales activities.
However, after-sales service will be provided for urgent and priority cases.
Concretely, this means that all the appointments will be postponed after April 19.

A hotline will also be provided from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. weekdays for clients active in health care or emergency services.
